Kaylee Rich, EIT

Kaylee Rich joined Mindel Scott full-time in May 2025 after completing three co-op rotations with the company while earning her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville Speed School.
As a Project Engineer, Kaylee brings strong organizational skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and a problem-solving approach that helps move projects efficiently from start to finish. She enjoys working with her team to find solutions and deliver successful outcomes.
Outside of work, Kaylee loves spending time with family and friends. She’s an avid supporter of U of L sports, a Yankees baseball fan, and enjoys watching NASCAR. Her favorite getaway is Emerald Isle, North Carolina, where she often visits her brother.
