Beth Warren, PE

Beth Dean joined Mindel Scott in 2024, bringing extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. A graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Beth’s career includes roles with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and various general contracting and site development firms in Kentucky and Tennessee. Her proactive approach and organizational skills are central to her project management style, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Before earning her degree, Beth spent 15 years managing a national health club chain and six years running her own restaurant and retail business. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and cooking—often growing her own vegetables and flowers from seed. Beth’s passion for nurturing growth extends to her professional philosophy, where she focuses on developing the next generation of leaders.

Fun fact: Engineering runs in Beth’s family, with her father, husband, and oldest son all pursuing engineering careers, leading to some uniquely technical dinner table conversations!
