Miles Lentz, EIT

Miles earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville. He first joined Mindel Scott as a co-op in January 2024, completing three rotations with the engineering team before transitioning to a part-time Project Engineer. After graduating, Miles joined the team full time in June 2026.
As a Project Engineer, Miles brings a strong sense of curiosity to his work and enjoys digging into the intricacies of engineering design. He enjoys finding ways to make his workflows more efficient, and appreciates the opportunity to continue learning and developing a better understanding of the “why” behind engineering standards and design decisions.
In his free time, Miles enjoys speedsolving Rubik’s Cubes and has traveled across the country to compete in competitions. He is also a volleyball fan and recently joined a recreational league, an interest that started after watching the anime Haikyu!!
