Eric Sanders, PLS

Eric comes to Mindel Scott with an impressive 27 years of surveying experience. He is responsible for the calculations and preparation of boundary surveys for use with all properties from commercial, industrial, to residential developments and more. He also oversees the preparation of subdivision record plats, minor subdivision plats, ALTA land title surveys, topographic surveys, annexation plats, zoning plats and descriptions along with all other survey related items.

After owning and operating his own company the past 18 years, Eric most enjoys having a team of professionals to collaborate with in completing projects. When he’s not working, Eric enjoys reading, target shooting and computer games.
