Project Description:
This subdivision located off Aiken Road right next to Floyds Fork consists of four different sections containing over 150 lots for homes in total. The name “Twin Lakes” comes from a pair of lakes that had to be regraded to fit Scenic Lakes Drive in between them, and to make up for the loss of area from the regraded lakes, a retention pond was designed in the northwest corner of the site. The time lapse for these modified lakes and ponds can be viewed on Google Earth going back in time all the way from 2018 to 2020.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott was responsible for the sanitary sewer plans, landscape and tree preservation plans, development plans, construction staking, the minor plats, detailed site construction plans, topographic survey, and ALTA survey.
