Project Description:
Kinectrics, an electricity lifecycle solutions company, purchased 2.3 acres of land in the Blankenbaker Business Park in 2022 to build a 30,000 square foot warehouse. The new multi-purpose warehouse will provide more space and capabilities to support a variety of services in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) testing. The building includes space for offices, distribution and a laboratory.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
We provided site construction plans, a detention analysis, green management, development plans and getting planning approved with local planning commission. We also provided survey services, utility coordination, construction administration, and construction staking.
