Project Description:
This storage facility, located on Greenwood Road in Louisville, Kentucky, sits on approximately 8.86 acres. The facility includes two climate-controlled buildings and five non-climate-controlled buildings. Additionally, the facility contains an outdoor storage area for vehicles, boats, and RVs.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott was responsible for a wide range of tasks during the development of the Greenwood Road Storage Facility. Our surveying services included both an ALTA and Topographic survey. Mindel Scott was also responsible for creating the Minor Plat to establish right-of-way dedication and designing the site layout. Mindel Scott Planning services included creating a Development Plan, preparing the Conditional Use Permit, and attending various committee meetings and hearings to obtain approvals and advance the project. Our Civil Engineering team was tasked with creating the Site Construction Plans which included a Detention Basin Design. Other tasks included Utility Coordination with local utility providers, various Landscape Architectural plans, and Construction Supervision to ensure the site was being constructed according to plans.
