Building 1, also known as Essex West, is part of the Brooks Industrial Park which is a warehouse and distribution center development project. Situated conveniently at the crossroads of Interstate 65 and KY 1526, the building amasses approximately 870,000 square feet. The site also holds 738 parking spaces and 71 tractor-trailer spaces.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott was responsible for site planning, land surveying, landscape architecture, providing utility coordination, and civil engineering services. Mindel Scott was also heavily involved in the facilitation and obtainment of construction permits, floodplain compensation, and coordination with local and governing agencies.
