Mindel Scott was responsible for the ALTA survey, the detailed district development plan, topographic survey, site construction plans, landscape & tree preservation plans, and utility coordination for lot 30; as well as the ALTA survey, topographic survey, detailed district development plan, site construction plans, sanitary sewer plans, landscape & tree preservation plans, utility coordination, utility plats, building staking, the minor plat, and the Urton Lane roadway extension plans for lot 31.
