Back-to-back baby!
That’s right! In addition to ranking as one of Louisville Business First’s Best Places to Work for a third year in a row, this time earning #4 in the 25-49 employee category, Mindel Scott also took home the gold (or megaphone, technically) for the Spirit Award for a second year in a row. Our Cheer Squad’s unrivaled energy resonated with the entire crowd at yesterday’s event, and we have the hardware to prove it!
Folks may just see a silly award given for our wacky performance, and they are absolutely right, but we view this as a by-product of our team’s culture. At Mindel Scott we value passion, synergy, and our dedication to our people and our projects, and we wanted to reflect that pride in what we’ve built together on the big stage.
