Mindel Scott was responsible for the as-built detention basin, ALTA survey, topography survey, tree preservation plan, construction plans, detention basin design, landscape plan, utility staking, sanitary sewer plans, record plats, construction staking, entrance wall plans, rezoning plan, and clearing and grading plans.
