Project Description:
The Villages of English Station II is a lifestyle center consisting of a variety of mixed uses that include class office condominiums, retail, restaurant, bank and residential duplex units. This 29.5-acre site is located at the intersection of US Highway 60 (Shelbyville Road) and Interstate 265 in Louisville, KY.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott was responsible for the site plan and development plan review process as well as creative consultant to the client and design team; site engineering; detention basin design; roadway engineering; off-site roadway improvements; landscape plan; tree preservation plan; topographic survey; boundary survey; record plat, minor plat and easement plats.
