Legal Hotline Florida

Florida Legal Services operates the Florida Domestic Violence Hotline, through which our attorneys advise survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and human trafficking on a variety of legal issues. Our lawyers may also be able to provide additional advice on the criminal procedure survivors may face when seeking justice against their abuser. Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida`s (CLSMF) HELPline is a telephone, short-term, pro-se, and referral counselling system for low-income, seniors, and other vulnerable individuals with civil law issues in Central Florida. Lawyers who answer helpline calls provide immediate brief legal services and/or referrals to eligible clients. NOTE: You must be a Florida resident and a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States to be eligible for our services. We also have income policies.
