Ronnie Frazier

Prior to joining the Mindel Scott team, Ronnie obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and an MBA from McKendree University. He has served in healthcare leadership roles including Financial Controller and Business Analytics Manager along with the opportunity to assist in his father-in-law’s startup company ProGear.

Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to gain experience not only in financial reporting and management but has been involved with compliance, strategic execution, and project management. He believes that success is a team effort and that it’s only through strong relationships that you succeed.

In his spare time, Ronnie and his son are auto enthusiasts who work on all their own vehicles. He also enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, friends, and the family pets.
