Meagan Sturgeon, EIT
Meagan hails from the prestigious Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. Before joining the Mindel Scott team, she was an engineering intern in the aviation department of R.W. Armstrong and in the aviation and transportation department of Shrewsberry & Associates in Indianapolis.
Meagan has been with Mindel Scott since 2014 as an EIT/Project Engineer. She’s an expert in storm and sanitary system design, drainage and detention design and analysis, road design, grading and the corresponding reports. If Meagan has a question, you can bet that she won’t be afraid or intimidated to ask it. She loves the feeling of accomplishment that comes along with the work she and her team do, especially if they have a quick turnaround.
In her free time, you can find Meagan cooking or baking something delicious in the kitchen, attempting to craft Pinterest projects and playing sports like backyard volleyball or softball. If she’s not there, she’s probably at a concert, truck pulls, demo derby, drag race or out fishing, boating or four wheeling. Regardless of what activity she’s having fun doing, she’ll be with her friends and family. Not many people know it, but Meagan has two middle names and can say her alphabet backwards really fast.
