Brenda Jackson

Brenda joined the Mindel Scott team in June of 2017 as the company’s Contracts & Billing Administrator. One of the aspects Brenda most enjoys about her role here at Mindel Scott is having the opportunity to be a part of the economic growth and development throughout Kentuckiana from an engineering viewpoint. On the daily, Brenda creates contracts and proposals, manages billing, and handles accounts receivable. She pretty much does it all!

Prior to joining the team at Mindel Scott, Brenda’s background consisted of real estate sales and property management. Brenda was also part of the team that built the Lincoln Bridge and the Lewis & Clark Bridge here in Louisville. She is very proud to have been a part of the Ohio River Bridges Project and loves sharing her experiences during the building of the bridges.

To say that Brenda is an animal lover might be an understatement. She has 3 rescue dogs at home and enjoys pet-sitting and volunteering for various pet rescue organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Senior Paws Rescue in Palmyra, Indiana, a non-profit that provides a safe and loving environment for rescued senior dogs.

In her free time, you can catch Brenda boating, attending ball games, traveling, playing poker, or enjoying some quality time with her children and grandchildren. Given her bright spirit and her love for children, it is no surprise that Brenda aspires to someday become an author of children’s books.
