Professional Qualifications

MSA is licensed to practice the disciplines of engineering and land surveying within the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is certified to provide professional design services for public works projects in the State of Indiana. 

The firm is also Pre-Qualified to provide engineering services to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the City of Louisville, Jefferson County, the Louisville Water Company, and the Louisville-Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District.

Our landscape architects are registered in Kentucky, Indiana, New York, and Pennsylvania. We also have a certified planner.
