This Zaxby’s restaurant consists of a building of approximately 4,000 square feet on a 1.29-acre lot. This location features a drive-thru service window, bicycle parking, and 61 parking spaces for vehicles. Vehicular access to the restaurant is from Terra View Trail; pedestrian access to the restaurant is from Old Henry Road.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott was responsible for completing multiple tasks on this Zaxby’s project. Mindel Scott provided services in Civil Engineering, Site Planning, Utility Coordination, and Landscape Architecture. Mindel Scott was on board from the initial planning phases to the final construction documentation process.
