Project Description:
The Louisville Presbyterian Seminary Dormitory is a two-story residential building nestled within the 53-acre seminary campus located at 1030 Keeney Way. The new dormitory will contain 24-dwelling units to be occupied by resident scholars. The building was carefully situated in between Love Hall and White Hall, taking advantage of the sloping terrain, views, existing trees and open space. The parking and access drive will provide the final link on the interior access loop drive.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott was responsible for the development of the site plan, site engineering, and topographic survey; meetings with stakeholders; review process; as well as creative consultant to the client and design team.
