Republic National Distribution Company (RNDC) is a distributor of premium wine and spirits, among other things. Their newest distribution facility, located at the corner of Blankenbaker Pkwy and Rehl Road in Louisville, consists of 289,000 SF of warehouse space and about 38,000 SF of office space.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott was responsible for the site plan and development plan review process, topographic survey, right-of-way dedication, easement plats, site construction plans, landscape plan, tree preservation plan, and utility coordination.
