Preston Pointe, a seven-story, 90,000 SF Class A office building nestled on just under an acre, is located at 307 Main Street, in downtown Louisville, KY 40202. Other attractions in the neighborhood include Louisville Slugger Field, Louisville Ballet building and skateboarders’ Extreme Park.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott was responsible for the site plan; development plan review process; topographic survey work and boundary work; civil engineering of storm drainage; sanitary sewer; and landscape plan.
