Project Description:
Located at 4301 Produce Road as part of the Watterson Industrial Park is the recently constructed warehouse and headquarters for Premier Packaging. Premier Packaging was established in 1994 and specializes in packaging design, consulting, and testing, as well as packaging equipment servicing.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Beginning in 2015, Mindel Scott had a wide range of tasks for the 300,000 SF warehouse and headquarters, and the 40,000 SF office space. In addition to the preliminary plan, Mindel Scott was also responsible for the detailed site construction plans which included the storm design, detention basin design, green infrastructure management plans, utility layouts, utility coordination for service acquisition, and grading and erosion control plans. Our Landscape Architect’s played a role in the project as well creating the landscape and tree preservation plans. We also worked with local agencies in facilitating, coordinating and obtaining approvals for the category 3 development plan.
