Project Description:
This new Data Center for Norton Healthcare is located in Louisville, KY, and is a single story, 15,277 SF building comprised of 5,000 SF of office and 10,000 SF of data support, generator farm, transformer yard, mechanical/electrical yard and provides 25 surface car parking. This site is conveniently located within the 26-acre Blankenbaker Station III business park that is part of the overall 400+ acre Blankenbaker Station I & II business parks—Mindel Scott has collaborated with a multi-disciplinary design team that included architects, interior designers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and structural engineers.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott was responsible for research, conceptual site planning, detailed site planning and coordination for land planning and civil engineering; topographic survey work and boundary work; civil engineering construction plans including detailed site layout, grading and storm drainage; detailed sanitary sewer plans; detailed site utility plan and coordination; and detailed landscape plan.
