Project Description:
Mockingbird Terrace Homes is a high-end residential condominium development consisting of two 5-story buildings that are 51,584 SF each (25 dwelling units per building) with a below ground parking garage for each building that provides connectivity between the buildings. There are 31 surface parking spaces and 80 garage parking spaces provided. The condominium buildings are uniquely situated atop a 3.94-acre wooded bluff that overlooks Mockingbird Valley and portions of the Ohio River and will have 2.17 acres of open space. The site is conveniently located off Mockingbird Valley Road near the intersection of Zorn Avenue, River Road and US I-71. The site is well buffered from the adjacent properties and has excellent access to the adjacent road systems.

Mindel Scott was responsible for the site plan and development plan review process as well as creative consultant to the client and design team; site engineering; roadway engineering; off-site storm and sanitary improvements; landscape plan; tree preservation plan; topographic survey; boundary survey; minor plat, easement plats and condominium plats.
