Project Description:
Louisville Metro Commerce Center is located on Outer Loop Road in close proximity to Louisville International Airport. This 181+ acre site presented many unique challenges. A majority of the site lies in wetlands, floodplain and floodway. Taking these various restrictive elements into consideration, a site plan was developed to provide the client with the required square footage and access needed to make the site usable.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott was responsible for all phases of planning, surveying, landscape architecture and utility consulting including site construction plans, topographic survey, boundary survey, roadway improvements, utility consulting, planning and landscape architecture for the project.
