Project Description:

Once complete, the Louisville Collegiate School Athletic Facility will be a state-of-the-art facility with an artificial turf athletic field, updated bleachers, seating berm, expanded parking, and a field house with a “Hall of Champions,” locker rooms, concession, and virtual gaming lab.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:

Mindel Scott’s scope consisted of Planning & Development Plan approval, Site Civil Design, including storm design, utility coordination, and floodplain compensation; Landscape Architecture services, including grading, site layout and circulation, landscape plans, and tree preservation plans alongside survey services. Mindel Scott also coordinated with a great project team including Studio A Architecture, Kleingers & Sportworks Design, & DC Engineering Services along with agencies such as Louisville Metro Planning & Design Services, Louisville Metro Public Works, MSD, and the Kentucky Division of Water.
