Louisville City FC – Stadium District
Located in the Historic Butchertown Neighborhood of Louisville, this site is situated next to Interstate 64 and Interstate 71, adjacent to downtown. The site required street closures, the consolidation of several lots, floodplain compensation and special attention to existing utilities and infrastructure for relocation. The project consists of the 11,000+/- seat Louisville City FC Stadium complex with accessory buildings, a streetscape plan for the surrounding streets of Cabel Street, Adams Street and Franklin Street, and plans for mixed-use buildings. The mixed-use development plan included hotels, multi-family residential, retail, and corporate offices.
