Project Description:
This site is located at the corner of Preston Highway (KY 61) and Clermont Road (KY 245). The project consists of the tilt-up concrete warehouse building with a combination of office space and storage space, set up for multiple tenants.

Mindel Scott’s Tasks:
Mindel Scott completed a wide range of tasks for the Bourbon Trail Business Park located in Shepherdsville. Mindel Scott was responsible for creating the detailed site construction plans, storm and sanitary design, site grading, floodplain compensation, highway entrance plans, and landscape design plans. Additionally, Mindel Scott facilitated utility coordination and relocation with local utility providers, assisted with government and agency submittals and approvals, as well as parking size and quantity variance requests. The Mindel Scott survey team also played a large role in the Bourbon Trail Project. Our survey services included easement plats, revising of the record plat, and additional survey work as needed throughout various phases of the project.
