MSA acts as your personal utility consultant by coordinating design, easement, and construction issues on all projects. Our Utilities Designers have over 50 years’ combined experience in design, coordination, and construction supervision of electric facilities, providing them with the expertise needed to oversee coordination of gas, water, electricity, telephone, and cable. MSA engineers have valuable experience coordinating field locates and designing sanitary sewer, water, and drainage crossings in high-pressure mainline gas easements.
