The sanitary sewer plans that were revised by the consultant (Mindel, Scott & Associates) have been reviewed by the office, and appear to cover the revisions that have been discussed with you and the consultant.  I appreciate this situation being brought to the attention of this office.  It appears by redesigning the sanitary sewer to clear the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s proposed roadway project, a considerable amount of money will be saved.  This project is the first time I have had any dealing with this consultant, and I find them to be very professional.
